    Riva handles employment administration and weekly payroll. The licensed contractor directs and supervises jobsite work.

Riva works with our employees and contractor partners to communicate jobsite requirements before work begins. That means following safe work practices, using required PPE, and speaking up when conditions aren't right.

Straight answers before you apply.

For temporary staffing assignments, you are a W-2 employee of Riva. Riva manages employment administration and payroll. The customer directs and supervises the day-to-day jobsite work.

Riva processes payroll weekly. You will submit your time electronically, and the customer will review or approve the hours before payroll is processed.

Riva focuses on commercial electrical, low-voltage, and data-center projects. Residential electrical work is not part of Riva's initial focus.

Requirements depend on the position and work being performed. Tell us your experience level and provide current licenses or certifications when applicable. Never perform work outside your legal authorization, qualifications, or disclosed experience.

Screening depends on the position and customer requirements. It may include identity and employment verification, reference checks, criminal background checks, motor-vehicle record checks, and drug testing.
